Raised as a Catholic, as an adult I reached a point where I couldn’t pretend anymore. I couldn’t keep reciting creeds and professing to believe in dogma and doctrines that felt were disconnected from reality. That strained logic and reason to the breaking point. Eventually, I lost my faith and left the Church.
This is the story of how I found faith again through teachings buried deeply within the Catholic Church that enabled me to reconnect with God.
